STEP 01 · SEND US YOUR FILES
Email your drawing to an engineer.
We don't run an automated RFQ bot. Every inquiry is answered by a mechanical engineer who reviews the geometry and reads your requirements before quoting. Email us your files and we reply with pricing, DFM feedback, and shipping options.

STEP 02 · WHAT TO INCLUDE
The 5 things your email should contain.
01
CAD file (STEP preferred)
STEP or IGES for 3D; STL for 3D printing; DXF for sheet metal flat patterns. X_T and Parasolid also accepted. Up to ~200 MB per email — use WeTransfer / Dropbox link for larger files.
02
PDF drawing with tolerances
Critical dimensions, GD&T callouts, surface finish (Ra), material spec. Without a drawing we quote to general tolerances (±0.1 mm) which may not match your intent.
03
Quantity — prototype + annual
E.g. "10 prototypes now, then 500 / year for 3 years". We quote quantity breaks so you can optimize reorder cadence.
04
Destination + Incoterm
Country and city. Incoterm preference — FOB (you handle ocean + import), DAP (we deliver to your door, you pay duties), or DDP (all-in landed cost). Most US/EU customers prefer DDP.
05
Deadline, certs, special notes
When you need the parts. Any required certifications (ISO 9001, AS9100D FAI, ISO 13485, RoHS, MTR). Inspection/test requirements. If files are confidential, request an NDA — we send our standard mutual NDA within 1 hour.
STEP 03 · OTHER CHANNELS
Prefer WhatsApp or WeChat?
For first-time inquiries, email is still the most reliable channel — attachments, NDAs, and drawings flow naturally. WhatsApp & WeChat are best for follow-up chat on ongoing orders.
